Local Monitoring Center
Our monitoring center is in Broomfield, not in some distant city as is often the case with the national companies. This has resulted in our operators having a close, working relationship with local police dispatchers. Our required back-up battery power will automatically power our operations until the generator is started, should we experience a power outage.
Insurance Discount
A monitored alarm system will usually provide a discount on homeowner’s insurance. We will provide documentation to your insurance company, if requested.

Signal from System

When we receive a burglary signal from the system, we will call the house within 40 to 90 seconds and expect the code word to be given. If the phone is not answered, or the code not given, we would then dispatch the appropriate authorities or notify responsible persons, as the situation would dictate.

Contact & Dispatch

Should we ultimately dispatch, we would then proceed to call the customer’s “call list” to provide notification of the incident. Most of our customers choose for us to not make a verification call to their premises upon receipt of a panic signal (each keypad has a silent and audible panic outputs), but to dispatch the police immediately.
